Microsoft has announced Microsoft 365 Copilot pricing changes that make it affordable to businesses of all sizes.
As of January 15th 2024, the 300 license quantity minimum for M365 Copilot has been removed. (Companies can now purchase from single user licenses up to 299).
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is likely to have a significant impact on how businesses operate, with the solution spanning emails, meetings, chats, documents, and the web.
With natural language prompts, users can create summaries based on their daily interactions, analyse data in Excel, triage Outlook inboxes, and summarise Teams meetings.
Copilot is now integrated into widely used applications, providing an even better collaborative experience.

Customers can purchase between one and 299 seats for $30 per person per month.

Microsoft 365 Copilot – new features
Copilot GPTs:
Customise the behaviour of Copilot on topics of personal interest. Early Copilot GPTs cover topics such as fitness, travel, cooking, and more. However, Copilot Pro users will soon be able to build their own customisations with a Copilot GPT Builder.
Copilot Mobile App:
Microsoft has launched the Copilot mobile app for both Android and iOS platforms (Download via Google Play Store and the Apple App Store).
Access GPT-4, Dall-E 3 for image creation, and use images from your phone during Copilot interactions.
Copilot Integration in Microsoft 365 Mobile App:
Microsoft is rolling out Copilot integration in the Microsoft 365 mobile app for Android and iOS over the next month. Individuals with a Microsoft account can access Copilot directly within the app.
